I have been a movie critic for more than 26 years, at the Richmond (Va.) Times-Dispatch, The Richmond (Va.) News Leader and the Bryan-College Station (Texas) Eagle. My writings earned me the sobriquet "The Most Hated Man in Richmond." There is some truth to that.
